The newest addition to Plum Island Beach Rentals, this wonderful 3-bedroom house is your perfect getaway, only two houses away (roughly 100 steps) from a private community access path to the beach!

The first floor features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, an open floor plan with a split-level living room/TV room with a 58” Smart TV, modern kitchen, and dining area. Walk out to the two-level deck area, garden, and gas grill.

The second floor also has an open floor plan with another sleeping area and also a “Kids Corner” with a bean-bag futon and another television. The spacious second floor deck offers beautiful ocean views and star gazing.

The house is fully furnished with everything you need, including sheets, towels, dishes, kitchen tools, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Extra amenities include an adjustable workout bench, adjustable dumbbells (11lbs to 71lbs), two acoustic guitars for the musically inclined to enjoy, and an extensive library with works of fiction, American history, world history, cookbooks, art, and more for your beach reading pleasure.

There is some flexibility in the sleeping arrangements as one of the first floor bedrooms and the upstairs sleeping area can be set up as either a king size bed or two twin beds. There is off-street parking on both sides of the house, and four cars can be accommodated easily.

The location is ideal, with private access to the island’s Southern side beach, a short walk to a liquor/convenience store, ice cream stand, surf shop, and two full service bars/restaurants: The Riptide, which features live music weekly, and the Sunset Club with its breath-taking sunsets over the marsh. Bob Lobster is a great seafood shack only about a mile away. Downtown Newburyport, with many amazing restaurants, shops, antiques, whale watches and fishing charters, kayaking, bike trails, and a waterfront boardwalk, is less than a 10-minute drive, and the island is only about an hour from Boston and points in Maine and New Hampshire.

Last but not least, Plum Island is on a major migratory path for birds and home to the Parker River Wildlife Refuge, with an Audobon Society Visitor’s Center. Plum Island is known for its beautiful, pristine beaches; It is 11 miles long with only two miles developed residentially, and 9 miles of wildlife refuge and beaches.
