NO PETS PREFERRED, but a small Well behaved pet can be negotiable. ( Cleaning fee applied)
All rentals include all utilities, cable/WiFi and regular trash/recycle pick-up. parking for up to 3 cars.
Deposit
Half of the rental fee is due upon booking.

Rentals are booked 1 week at a time, Saturday – Saturday (7 nights)
Shorter & longer stays may be available upon request.
