Parking for 2+ cars with extra parking in garage with basement area. Bring your boat as there is a direct ramp that drops right into the basin, and you can drop in a mooring for the week. Also this is the best spot for Kayaking (2 here for your use) and paddleboarding at High tides. The expansive deck runs the length of the home, perfect views for cocktails and sunsets. No Pets Preferred. Possibly a small non-shedding dog. NO SMOKERS PLEASE
