~ This three bed, two bath home has both ocean and basin views, and direct beach access! The Bells and Buoys II is an updated version of the the original cottage built by the owner’s great grandfather in 1914; one of the first on the island. The new house (2006) has been designed with some original features in order to remain true to its heritage. The house sits on the narrowest part of the island and offers views of either the basin or ocean from every window.

The main floor consists of a mudroom with plenty of storage, a full bath with double shower, a library with reading nook, and a sun-filled open plan living, dining, and kitchen with fireplace and banquette. There is a large deck with grill and seating.

Upstairs has another full bathroom with large tub/ shower and three bedrooms: a master w/ queen bed, a guest w/ queen bed, and a guest w/ 3 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is another large deck off the master bedroom with beautiful views of the basin and river beyond – perfect for sunsets.
